These earrings feature vintage African brass beads and natural turquoise nuggets. The African beads have lots of deep, rich texture and detail. I paired them with handcrafted gold brass discs which were textured to “echo” the squiggle pattern in the beads. The metal was oxidized, buffed and polished to enhance the detail; then sealed with jeweler's wax to resist tarnishing.
MEASUREMENTS: Total length: 2-1/2” from top of gold bronze ear wires and 3/4” at widest point. They are signed on the back with my initials.
