These earrings feature lightly hammered copper teardrop dangles accented with a stack of natural African turquoise stones topped off with copper beads. They have a modern, earthy chic style that coordinates well with all wardrobe types.
MEASUREMENTS: Total length: 2-1/2" from top of copper ear wires and approx. 7/8" at widest point. They are shown with antiqued copper ear wires. If you prefer niobium (hypoallergenic) wires, chose that option at checkout. The total length will be slightly shorter with niobium wires. Created out of solid copper sheet; the shapes were lightly hammered for texture; oxidized and buffed for a warm rustic glow; then sealed with jeweler's wax to resist tarnishing. They are signed on the back with my initials.
✤ Although commonly known as African turquoise, this stone is a type of jasper found in Africa with a matrix structure and colors similar to turquoise.
