This handcrafted carnelian sterling silver necklace has a modern chic flair and is perfect for everyday wear. It features a natural carnelian gemstone with a burnt orange hue accented with a hand forged and hand stamped sterling silver bail. The design is classic and simplistic -- always in fashion. MEASUREMENTS: 2-1/2" in length (from top of bail to bottom of stone) and 1-5/8” at widest point. I created the bail out of solid sterling silver sheet; hand stamped it for texture; hand filed all edges until silky smooth; then oxidized it to enhance the detail. It comes on a 20" stainless steel chain with lobster claw closure. The chain can be worn with other pendants - so it is like getting 2 pieces of jewelry in one!
