These sterling silver earrings feature natural larvikite gemstones. The stones have a pearly, grayish black hue - along with blue iridescent flashes of light which cast off a natural shimmer & shine. Larvikite originates from the Larvik region in Norway and is also called Norwegian moonstone and black labradorite. It has a beautiful iridescence caused by the presence of interlocking feldspar crystals within the structure of the stone. These earrings have a modern, classic style that will look great with all wardrobe styles.
MEASUREMENTS: Total length: 3” from top of sterling silver ear wires and 3/4” at widest point. The shapes were created out of sterling silver sheet; textured; then oxidized and polished for a satin sheen. They are signed on the back with my initials and sterling stamp.
