Genuine Amethyst gemstones dangle from textured sterling silver in these modern, stylish earrings. The stones are a rich shade of purple and contrast beautifully against the oxidized silver metal. They'll make a great gift for someone born in February - Amethyst is February's birthstone. Or a 6th anniversary gift as amethyst is also the gemstone for this occasion.
MEASUREMENTS: Total length: 2-1/2" from top of sterling silver ear wires and 1-1/4” at widest point. I created the shapes out of solid sterling silver sheet; hand textured the metal; then oxidized, buffed and polished it to enhance the detail. They are signed on the back with my initials and sterling stamp.
