A natural azurite-malachite gemstone is the focal point of this necklace. The stone has an earthy matrix pattern with hues of deep royal blue, brown and turquoise. It's accented with a blue lapis and African turquoise stone. Azurite-malachite is a combination of two different gemstones found blended together - compliments of Mother Nature. The blue color of the azurite is found intertwined with the deep, rich earthy green malachite. This "marriage" of stones is typically found in or around copper deposits which creates the rich colors. The distinct patterns and colors of each stone makes each one a unique treasure - as no two are ever quite alike.
MEASUREMENTS: Total length of pendant: approx. 2-1/2" from top of copper wire bail and 1-1/4" at widest point. It comes on a 20" oxidized solid copper chain with lobster claw closure.
