A natural brown zebra jasper gemstone is accented with a handcrafted sterling silver bail in this one-of-a-kind necklace. This stone is known for its distinctive stripes reminiscent of African zebras. The stone in this piece has earthy brown markings against a creamy tan base. MEASUREMENTS: Pendant measures 2" in length and 1-5/8" at widest point. I created the bail out of solid sterling silver sheet; hammered it for an earthy organic texture; then accented it with twists of sterling silver wire. The metal was oxidized to bring out the texture's detail. It's signed on the back with my initials and comes on a 20" stainless steel chain with lobster claw closure.
